Made the whole process very easy

Bought a refurbished iPhone 12 and have learnt my lesson. Phone arrived and started bugging out (screen blacking out for 10 mins etc.) and sure enough within 2 months now does not work, the screen is completely unresponsive

I used Affordable Mobiles to order two iPhone 13 minis (separate orders placed within minutes of each other) for my kids. The contracts were identical, the only difference being the colour of the phone, one Starlight(white) and one Pink. The ordering process was easy and the payment taken once the credit checks were completed. At the time of order the lead time was quoted as 6-8 weeks and the order confirmations both stated delivery by 11th September 2022.
The following day I received confirmation the order for the Starlight phone was complete and the unit would be delivered the following day. No update on the Pink unit. I used the online chat function on the website to request a delivery update on the Pink one and was informed there was no stock and delivery was estimated at 6-8 weeks. I requested information on which colours were in stock and advised only Green and Starlight. The order was changed to Starlight and delivery confirmed within hours for the following day.
Excellent service but would be better if the website had up-to-date stock details at the time of ordering,

Just received an email from Affordable Mobiles to tell me they haven't received my handset that I sent to their repair centre two weeks ago. Erm, hate to break it to you but the parcel was delivered at 11:37 05/07/22 and signed for so gutted. Got proof of it too. Basically they are a mickey mouse operation and they've probably lost my handset so they're sending me emails to gaslight me into thinking I've done something wrong but no chance. Two weeks without my handset and now they say they don't have it.
To anybody reading this review, please do not get a mobile phone from these clowns. I have had nothing but aggro with Affordable Mobiles. You will initially save money if you take out a contract with them, a couple of quid tops. Just you wait until you have a problem and you need help.
I'm contacting trading standards tomorrow for the first time in my life that's how bad these lot are.
There is a person called Lottie who works for AffordableMobiles, she reads these reviews online then publicly replys to them individually (you know, makes it look like they are actually trying), she requests info from you regarding your problem so you reply to her and then she does.... absolutely nothing about it.

Bought a phone in excellent condition but the Face ID doesn’t work and was not mentioned prior to purchasing

After looking for a better deal than my previous provider would offer on an upgrade i found this deal with 02 on a Samsung s21fe at over half the cost and more data. Affordable mobiles fulfilled it very efficiently and the switch over of phones went very smoothly. I now feel content when using my phone that i got a good deal. Thank you
